This new strategy for handling CD claim in an efficent and "fair to all parties" methodology was the subject of much discussion at the 2017 WCC CD Seminar. With a panel led session and input from across the industry, this new approach to CD claims handing was introduced for consideration.

CD Damage Investigation & Resolution Approach Guidelines

The CD Investigation & Resolution Approach Guidelines outline the steps that should be agreed to by any party who is interested in an early and equitable resolution of their CD claims. We believe an added benefit to participating in the approach would be a substantial reduction of their handling and litigation costs.
